Los Angeles-based band Warrant hit the Top 10 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart three times in the late 1980s and early 1990s. Exactly 25 years ago today, the biggest of those hits, “Heaven,” hit its peak position of number 2, where it would spend two weeks.
