25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Elisa Fiorillo “On The Way Up”
After appearing on Jellybean’s Top 20 single “Who Found Who” in 1987, Philadelphia-born singer Elisa Fiorillo would go on to hit Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart four times as a solo artist. One of those singles reached the Top 40, and exactly 25 years ago, that single — “On The Way Up” — climbed to a peak position of number 27, where it would spend one week.
