25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Jade “I Wanna Love You”
Chicago-based vocal trio Jade made six appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, all in the early 1990s, with four of those songs reaching the Top 40. The group’s run of success began with their first charting single, “I Wanna Love You,” which was featured in the film Class Act and which exactly 25 years ago climbed to a peak position of number 16.
