Pennsylvania-based band Poison made twelve appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, with ten of those songs hitting the Top 40 and six reaching the Top 10. Amid that success, the band’s biggest hit was their only number one hit, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn.” Exactly 30 years ago, “Every Rose Has Its Thorn” was in its second week of a three-week run at the top of the chart.
