British band Mike + the Mechanics have hit the Top 40 four times, with three of those hits reaching the Top 10 and all of them appearing on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart during the 1980s. The group’s very first chart appearance turned into their first Top 40 and first Top 10 hit.
