DEF: Leo Sayer “More Than I Can Say”

British musician Leo Sayer has hit the Top 10 on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart four times, including two number one hits — “You Make Me Feel Like Dancing” and “When I Need You,” which both topped the chart in 1977. The last of Sayer’s four Top 10 hits came in 1980 with “More Than I Can Say,” which exactly 35 years ago, climbed to a peak position of number 2, where it would spend five weeks, thus just missing out on becoming his third chart-topping single.
