Birthday of the Week: Martika

This week’s Birthday of the Week is Martika. The former Kids Incorporated cast member is best known for her hit “Toy Soldiers,” which hit number one in 1989. That was, though, just one of her four Top 40 hits.

Martika turns 50 this Saturday (May 18), and to commemorate her milestone, let us know what your favorite Martika song is. Certainly, “Toy Soldiers” is the most memorable of her hits because of its popularity in its day, but my favorite is her first hit, “More Than You Know.”
