Toronto-born rapper Snow hit the Top 20 with both songs he placed on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart — a pair of singles from his 1993 debut album 12 Inches of Snow. Exactly 25 years ago, the bigger of the two hits, “Informer,” climbed to the top of the chart for a seven-week reign.
