25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Snoop Doggy Dogg “Gin & Juice”
After making a couple appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart with Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg, then known as Snoop Doggy Dogg, reached the Top 10 with the first two of his own songs to make the chart. Exactly 25 years ago, the second of that pair of songs, “Gin & Juice,” rose to a peak position of number 8.
