25 Years Ago in the Nineties: Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch “Wildside”

Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch’s biggest and most remembered hit is “Good Vibrations,” which topped Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart in October 1991. The group did, though, hit the Top 10 one more time, with their follow-up single, “Wildside,” a remade version of Lou Reed’s “Walk on the Wildside” that exactly 25 years ago was in the second week of a five-week stay at a peak position of number 10.
