After hitting the Top 10 three times in 2010-2011 with singles from his debut studio album, Doo-Wops & Hooligans, Honolulu-born musician Bruno Mars reached the Top 5 two more times in the Fall of 2011. First, he was featured on the song “Lighters” by Bad Meets Evil, which peaked at number 4. Then, exactly five years ago, Mars reached number 3 with his song “It Will Rain” from the soundtrack of the film The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn — Part 1.
