I was baffled with Entertainment Weekly’s top 10 singles of 2009. I agree with Jay-Z at the top, however I not sure the following songs had that deep of an impact. Is EW saying these belong on the definitive list of all-time? These tunes certainly don’t take a snapshot of 2009.
