DEF: Winger “Hungry”
New York City-based band Winger scored the two of their three Top 40 hits with the first two singles from their self-titled debut album. The album also produced a third appearance on Billboard‘s Hot 100Â chart, and on this date in 1989, that song — “Hungry” — climbed to a peak position of number 85. “Hungry” by Winger is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
