DEF: Motörhead “Ace Of Spades”

News has been circulating since yesterday afternoon that Motörhead frontman Lemmy passed away yesterday, just four days after celebrating his 70th birthday. Though Motörhead never appeared on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, they gained a significant following in the United States that accompanied their international fan base and their success in their home country of the United Kingdom. Amid that success, the band’s most famous song is generally considered to be the title track from their 1980 album Ace Of Spades. In memory of Lemmy, “Ace Of Spades” by Motörhead is today’s Daily Eighties Flashback.
