New York City-born singer Kathy Troccoli has made two appearances on Billboard‘s Hot 100 chart, with the first of those two singles, “Everything Changes,” reaching not only the Top 40, but the Top 20. Exactly 25 years ago, “Everything Changes” climbed into the Top 20 on its way to a peak position of number 14.
