I saw a magazine sitting on a coffee table the other day and I almost glanced over it until I recognized that it was Rolling Stone. For years Rolling Stone was known on the newsstand by its wider and taller dimensions of 10 by 11 3/4 inches. When you bought it, you always felt like the coolest guy walking down the street because everyone knew you had the latest magazine, they couldn’t miss it.
The magazine still has the same striking cover, great interviews and reviews, but it’s just feels different because now it’s only 8 by 11 inches; this is the standard size of magazines. After some research, I discovered the magazine made the change almost 1 and half ago. I wonder if this new smaller size has increased Rolling Stone’s circulation base?
